Iceland: A good country to do business with

In an interview on Bloomberg News TV, in New York on April 7, the Minister of Business Affairs, Dr. Gylfi Magnusson, emphasized that that Iceland's financial programme is moving in a positive direction. "The situation is better than you might expect, given what happened last fall. The interviews took place between series of meetings between the Minister and officials within the US Administration, e.g. in the State Department, the Commerce Department and the International Monetary Fund. In New York City, on April 7, the Minister was a key speaker at Icelandic – American Chamber of Commerce’s conference "Icelandic Economy and Outlook".
